This construction management project includes 5 high school regulation basketball courts, an elevated walking/jogging track, 3 racquetball courts, a large open layout for cardio, free weights, and wellness areas, a yoga studio designed to be hot yoga capable, a 25 meter, 8 lane competitive swimming pool, a leisure pool with 3 warm up swimming lanes and an indoor/outdoor water slide, a 20 person hot tub, 2 steam rooms, 2 dry saunas, Men, Women, Boys, Girls, and Family Locker rooms, community meeting rooms, administrative offices, and a large open lobby area wired for the comforts of today’s multimedia and smartphone environment.
